How to purchase at our e-shop ?
10 simple points
- Choose items from our wide assortment. In case you can not find what you need, do not hesitate to call us on + 420 283 892 140. We will help you with pleasure.
- Put goods in shopping cart, choose quantity. The quantity discount will be calculated automatically. In case you need bigger quantity than is published in price-table, , you may get additional interesting discount.
- Choose way of transportation. We will calculate your transport cost by return.
- Note your other requirements for packaging, delivery time and payment condition.
- Standard payment conditions are cash and carry (personal pick up), bank transfer in advance (prepayment), or PayPal prepayment. Bank transfer with 14 days credit is available only for standing customers with authorized extended due date.
- The purchase order become obligatory after written confirmation of supplier. In case we can not fully meet your requirements (for instance delivery time), we will let you know about that by return, the order become obligatory after your agreement of new conditions.
- The goods is despatched as soon as possible, standard delivery time is 7-14 days if the goods is on stock.
- Check the goods properly when taking it over, report us immediately any eventual defects.
- In case you are given bank transfer with credit, don't forget to pay for goods on time.

Both our offices will be closed all day on Wednesday, October 28th due to Czech public holiday . We re-open for business on Thursday 29th October as usual.
